Body Work

"Body Work" is a way to express and experiment with my own embodied fatness. With the use of oil pastels and crayon, I intend to give space to bodies that have so often be asked, commanded or expected to "fit in" or become smaller, including my own.

Body Work is a long-term project that started during my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. I love having the opportunity to glorify and celebrate the fat female body, that continues to thrive and surprise us, far beyond the page.
